- in this video i used a "web ring" made in particle illusion but this should work with noise texture or other footage "explosions fire eTc"
- you can tweak the color of the efect by your own will i just choose my ring the color i wanted the video to look

Step 2 : Import Footage
Step 3 : 2nd layer on "Multiply Mask"

Step 5 : Heigh Map Settings

Elevation : 0,040
Heigh Scale : 1
Smoothness : 10
Step 6 : Tweak colors if needed
