Redownloading issue

i was getting alot of freezing on my sony vegas so i decided to reinstall but everytime i do i get
"Module C:\Program Files\Sony\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio\sfppack1.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personnel." and more is there a plug-in i can download. i found on the support site to re dwnld C++ but didnt fix it any help i wanna make videos again

Yes a simple way of dealing with the problem could be deleting that file ... i had some issues with the audio fx so .. i deleted them and now my vegas is working + i don`t use the audio fx that much so it`s not a loss for me .. but if you wanna have them here is a download link for the file you have problems with
